Incoming Schmidt AI Postdoctoral Fellow, University of Toronto

Ex Intern, Sony AI, Samsung AI Center-Toronto, Adobe
I’m a curious researcher in computational photography. My current work focuses on generative camera editing and camera pipelines. Previously, I have worked on auto-exposure, image restoration, and color correction.
I am an incoming Schmidt AI in Science Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto with Kyros Kutulakos and David Lindell, with whom I was a visiting student for the past two years. I completed my PhD and MSc at York University, supervised by Michael Brown. I previously was an undergraduate research student under Terrance Boult.
I most recently interned at Sony AI Japan with Daisuke Iso and Feiran Li. I have also interned at Samsung AI Center Toronto twice, mentored by Michael Brown, Mahmoud Afifi, Junyong Lee, and Abhijith Punnappurath. Previously, I interned at Adobe on Marc Levoy’s NextCam team, mentored by Shumian Xin, Zhoutong Zhang, and Cecilia Zhang.
